100 Christmas Movie Challenge Before Christmas Day
100 Christmas Movie Challenge
Hello, so I have decided to do another 100 Christmas movie challenge before Christmas day 2022. I tried it last year in 2021 but failed as I burnt out. I had been watching them almost all year before I decided to do the challenge. Pretty much like this year again but this year, I don’t plan on failing haha. Do you think I can do it without burning out?
Table of Contents
ToggleI will try to watch one each day because there isn’t that many days left before the big man comes.
I plan to document my movie challenge on here, on YouTube and on the Christmas Everyday Club podcast as well as sharing the movie I am watching on Instagram and in the Facebook group. So basically you can follow on most places but the main place will be here on the blog.
Where Can You Watch The Movies?
If you are wondering where I will find 100 Christmas movies to watch in my movie challenge then don’t worry, I have plenty of options to help me with my quest, plus I will let you know where I watch each movie so then if you decide to do the challenge, you can follow my movie challenge list.
I have Netflix, Amazon Prme with the Hallmark addon as well as some Christmas movies that are stored on my pvr, but I will try and find where you can watch each movie that I watch from my pvr to help. Oh and there are some free Christmas movies on YouTube too and you can watch some of them on this website on the movie page.
Christmas Romance Movie Reviews: A Logbook & Tracker For Movie Lovers Who Love All The Romantic Scenes In Xmas Films plus it also has this 100 Christmas movie challenge at the back. I will be using this to keep lists and track my challenge.
1. A Bride For Christmas (2012)

But unbeknownst to Jessie, Aiden has bet his friends that he can convince a woman to marry him by Christmas, which is only four weeks away.
My Thoughts
I enjoyed it. It wasn’t the most Christmassy movie which is how I review my movies but I enjoyed the plot, the actors and the overall movie. I’d watch it again.
I liked the main cast too as well as some of the supporting cast members.
Although Arielle Kebbel hasn’t been in many Christmas movies, I have recently seen her in some of her other movies such as Bridal Wave, Also starring Andrew Walker who is the main lead in this movie and also happens to be one of my favourite actors. I recently watched the 27 hour day that came out in 2021. That’s good to watch.
I watched this on Amazon Prime
So that is it for my 100 Christmas movie challenge before Christmas day and that was movie number one. I’ll be back soon with the next movie.

Beth Baker is an out-of-work actress stuck in New York City without her friends at Christmastime. She decides to return home to the quaint small town she escaped 10 years before and finds a place far different than the hamlet she left. She suddenly finds performing possibilities and even romance.
My Thoughts
I enjoyed it. I liked how it was Christmassy which is how I review my Christmas movies. It had Santa, It had a Christmas play, it even had a Christmas tree farm. Oh and not to mention they baked cookies. All great little things to help make it a good movie to watch.
I liked the main cast too as well as some of the supporting cast members.
Although I haven’t seen many of Sarah Lancaster’s movies, who plays Beth in the movie, I plan to check them out because she has been in a few Christmas movies now.
Brendan Penny and Andrew Francis I have seen in multiple Christmas movies as well as the tv series Chesapeake Shores in which they are brothers in it. It is currently on Netflix if you want to watch it. I think it’s quite good.
I watched this on Amazon Prime
So that is it for my 100 Christmas movie challenge before Christmas day and that was movie number two. I’ll be back soon with movie number 3.

My Thoughts

I liked the main cast too as well as some of the supporting cast members.
the movie, I plan to check them out because she has been in a few Christmas movies now.
This was the first time I have seen it but I will happily watch it again. It is one of them movies that I see when looking for something to watch but I scroll past it but telling myself I will watch it at some point haha. Well I can happily say that I now have.

Storyline – IMDb
When workaholic reality TV producer Sophie starts working on a holiday-season show about Will, a wildly sexy guy who celebrates Christmas every day of the year, she finds herself falling for her mysterious, unlikely new star, renewing her long-lost faith in Xmas in the process.
My Thoughts
I picked this movie because the guy celebrates Christmas every day and well, it fits with my brands name where we celebrate Christmas every day haha. I love it.
The movie was good, I liked it because it had lots of Christmas decorations as well as a little Christmas village that his grandad had started. I really like these sort of things. I have a few that I have started to collect but I don’t have many yet. I liked how he really liked her and did things for her despite it making him feel awkward or uncomfortable.
I hadn’t seen anything previous with the main lead Chelsea Hobbs in before but I have seen Christopher Russell in other movies. I like them both and will look out for other Christmas movies that they have been in.
This was the first time I have seen it but I will happily watch it again.
I watched this on Amazon Prime It is called Mr 365 on IMDb but Forever Christmas in the UK and on Prime.
This was movie number 4 and now there are less than 100 days left until Christmas. Time is ticking for me to keep up but I think I will be okay. What do you think?

Everything is going smoothly until Connor McClane, a devilishly handsome private investigator, shows up and turns Kelsey’s world upside-down. Hired by a secret source, Connor quickly disrupts the upcoming nuptials but wins Kelsey’s heart in the process.
My Thoughts
I picked this movie because it is on Netflix and all the others that I had watched are on Amazon Prime, so I just thought I would mix it up a little and live life on the edge haha. Jokes!
The movie was good in parts, bad in parts but overall I thought it was okay but the ending was bad. If you have seen this movie then you will know what I mean. It was weird and so not real.
This was the first time I have seen it and It isn’t the worst movie so maybe I’ll watch it again next year.
I watched this on Netflix
This was movie number 5 in my movie challenge. I have a long way to go still.
Have you seen this movie? What did you think of the ending? go to the forum here and lets chat.

My Thoughts
Another one I picked because it is on Netflix
I enjoyed this movie despite it not having much Christmas in it. I mean there was a bit of fake snow at the end and thats about all we got haha. I want lots and lots more Christmas please.
This was the first time I have seen it and I enjoyed it. I will watch it again.
I watched this on Netflix
This was movie number 6 in my movie challenge and the days are ticking down.
Have you seen this movie? What did you think of the lack of Christmas? Should it be classed as a Christmas movie, I mean there is more Christmas in Die Hard than this haha. Go to the forum here and lets chat about it..
7. A California Christmas; City Lights(2021)
Storyline – IMDb
Sequel to “A California Christmas”. Follows Callie and Joseph one year after they fell in love, now running a dairy farm and winery, but their romance is threatened when business and family obligations call Joseph back to the city.
My Thoughts
Staying on Netflix for the second instalment of the California Christmas movies
I asked for more Christmas and this one delivered. Ok, there wasn’t a tonne of it, but at least there were more and it is a start. Maybe if we get a third movie, we could get a Santa, or am I asking for too much now?
I enjoyed this movie and really like the cast, especially the two main leads. I hope we do get a third one. I know the ratings ain’t through the roof but I enjoy them and these sort of movies never get high ratings. So please Netflix, give us a third one.
I watched this on Netflix
This was movie number 7 in my movie challenge and the days are ticking down fast.
I am writing the movies down in my Christmas Romance movies reviews book so I can keep track of what I have watched.
In this book, you can keep track, make reviews, do the challenge that I am doing plus you can see just how Christmassy a movie is. Click here to learn more but this is an affiliate link which If you purchase, I will earn a very small commisission which will go back into this site. Thank you.
